I’m a big fan of Mezcal! When I first came across Mezcal I bough different bottles of it and looked up hundreds of recipes with Mezcal. I’ve tried a Martinez before and I thought it was good. This is riff on that using Mezcal and now Mr. Black.
Ingredients
1.50 oz Mezcal
½ oz Amaro Nonino
½ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur(Luxardo)
½ oz Sweet Vermouth(Carpano Antica)
Directions

Chill a coupe glass before you begin

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass

Add ice and stir for 25-35 seconds

Strain into a chilled coupe glass
