In a shaker, combine the cream and syrup with one small cube of ice. Shake until the ice is melted.
In a mixing glass, combine the Mr Black, mezcal, rum, Ancho Reyes, and bitters. Fill with ice and stir ~30-40 revolutions.
Strain stirred cocktail over a big rock of ice in an Old Fashioned glass.
Float shaken cream over the back of mixing spoon and garnish with fresh grated cinnamon.
