For this drink I knew I wanted to get weird. I like being weird from time to time, so I looked up alternative uses of coffee and came across cascara, which is a tea brew from the outer skin or husk of the coffee fruit. So I decided to take more of a tea infused cocktail approach and made a lovely warming drink with accents of floral fruitiness.
