In Korea, people love drinking Makgeolli ( korean rice wine) + Soju + sprite mix at an informal party. It is creamy and refreshing but has a beer like kick into it. I put modern korean traditional drinks and Mr. black together into a creamy sparkly refreshing cocktail to create an asian inspired coffee cocktail for coffee lovers.



 30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 60 ml Makgeolli Chestnut (traditional Korean rice wine)
 20 ml Soju
 15 ml Fresh lemon Juice
 15 ml Jujube Honey



Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice.


Dry shake, wet shake, double strain.


Served on the rock in a rock glass


Garnish with dried jujube or rice cracker with lemon or lime leaf.
