This cocktail was inspired by the Earl Grey MarTEAni created by Audrey Saunders at Pegu Club in New York City. The Earl Grey MarTEAni is one of my absolute favorite cocktails, so I thought creating a coffee version with Mr. Black would be a great way of highlighting the liqueur with a bit of sweetness, citrus, and botanical undertones. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Cheers!
