I thought about coffee and the different way to use it , to stand out I make a tiki cocktail balancing the beautiful taste of the coffee withe the acid notes of the passion fruit finishing with pineapple rum and falernum to round all the flavours, I kept it simple , I kept it delicious 😉

Ingredients

 30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 30 ml Pineapple RumPlantation
 30 ml Fresh passion fruit pulp
 15 ml Falernum
 15 ml Lime juice

Directions

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker

Add ice and shake it well- 12 to 15 seconds

Single strain it into an highball glass filled with crush ice

Top up with more crush ice and garnish with few coffee bean on top
