When you think of a coffee sour it doesn't really seem like a cocktail that would work however this one has proved me wrong, this cocktail is more on the sweeter side then the sour but is still a treat none the less
Ingredients
30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
15 ml Amaretto(Disaronno)
15 ml Butterscotch Schnapps
1 Egg White
3 dashes Aquafaba
Directions

Add one egg white (for non vegan) or 3 dashes of aquafaba (for vegan)

Add 30ml Mr Black
15ml Disaronno
15ml Butterscotch Schnapps

Give a quick dry shake (no ice) then another quick shake with ice

Fine strain into chiller Martini glass

Garnish with 3 Coffee Beans
