Mr. Rapido is born out a love for coffee, Mezcal and Negronis. Well balanced with notes of smoke, coffee and light bitter herbaceous ness. The vermouth used is lighter and adds notes of chocolate which play well with chocolate mole bitters. Working in cocktail bars, Mezcalerias and Italian restaurants help bring together this magical cocktail.

Ingredients

 0.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1.50 oz Mezcal
 0.75 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
 0.75 oz Forthave Red Aperitivo
 1 dash Bittermens Chocolate Mole Bitters
 1 dash Angostura Bitters
 1 dash Angostura Orange Bitters

Directions

Pour all ingredients mentioned in recipe, into a mixing glass

Add ice and stir for about 15-20 seconds

Strain and serve on the Rocks. Express an orange twist and garnish
