In a word: Funky
My go to daytime cocktail is a Mr. Bali Hai. Which put me on to the idea of combining coffee and fruit (pineapple) for a litter touch. Also drawn inspiration from a MrSwisle.
I also enjoy rum but I didn't know much in the way of good spiced and aged rums so I wanted to highlight a rum.

Directions
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake with ice
Pour straight from shaker into a tall glass
Garnish and enjoy!
