In a word: Funky
My go to daytime cocktail is a Mr. Bali Hai. Which put me on to the idea of combining coffee and fruit (pineapple) for a litter touch. Also drawn inspiration from a MrSwisle.
I also enjoy rum but I didn't know much in the way of good spiced and aged rums so I wanted to highlight a rum.
Ingredients
30 ml Mr. Black Coffee Liqurer
50 ml RumPLANTATION STIGGINS' FANCY PINEAPPLE
20 ml Allspice dramm
10 ml Cinnamon syrup
20 ml Lemon juice
40 Orange juice
20 ml Pineapple juice
Directions

Add all ingredients to shaker, shake with ice

Pour straight from shaker into a tall glass

Garnish and enjoy!
Love the color and the garnish on this! Reminds me of a bird-of-paradise flower. Great job!
