I love Mr. Black, and I started thinking about what other flavors could complement its black coffee heart, but not overwhelm. I started thinking about other great pairings, and peanut butter and banana are a natural fit. I’m allergic to cocoa, but Mr. Black always brings a chocolatey element to cocktails, so I thought it would be great!
Cut a lemon wedge, and rub half of a double OF glass with the wedge. Roll in PB2 to coat, and set aside.
In a shaker, add all remaining ingredients with ice, and shake for 15 seconds.
Double strain cocktail over a large rock into your prepared glass.
Express a lemon peel on top, and drop in the glass. Enjoy!
