The perfect cocktail for a late, dusky evening. At dusk, there’s still a faint glimmer of light peeking though the horizon. This cocktail perfectly embodies all the notes of dark sweet cherries, black raspberries and coffee liquor, but lightened with a splash of fresh lemon and aromatics. Inspired by a passion for all things dark and sweet, yet easy to sip.
Ingredients
1 oz Spiced Rum(Captain Morgan Private Reserve)
0.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
0.50 oz Chambord
0.50 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters (Peychauds)
1 Cherry(Tillen Farms)
Directions

Add all ingredients (except cherry) to a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously.

Strain into a martini glass and serve with a cherry garnish.
