Mr. Crazy is as delicious as it looks toxic. With its fresh citrus seeming flavours of szechuan pepper and some fruity accents of plum and mango you get a glorious mixture of complexity.
Half your plum and put the plum core away.
1 half of the plum (the other is needed later)
Szechuan pepper corns
in your shaker and muddle hard
Put remaining ingredients in your shaker
Shake with ice for about 15 seconds
Doublestrain in an old fashioned glass over ice
Put the remaining half plum in your glass (sometimes it sinks)
Put some lemon zest strips (10 to 20) in the glass and garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
