I wanted to create a few different expressions for the Mr Black Coffee challenge this year. Here we have a Mr. Black based long drink with notes of fresh fruits, along side an unmistakable earthy feel from the Agricole. Named Mr. Bright accenting it's a bright "in your face" acidic and fresh drink on top of that coffee boost.

1.25 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 ¾ oz Blanc Agricole Rum(Clement)
 ¾ oz Apricot Liqueur (Giffard's)
 ½ oz Grapefruit Juice
 ½ oz Lemon Juice
 ¾ oz Seltzer
 ½ dash Peychaud's Bitters

Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker, besides the Seltzer and Peychaud's Bitters.

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds.

Once your drink is shaken, add Seltzer to your shaker, incorporating it into the drink.

Pour into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

For the Garnish, float Peychaud's Bitters on top, with 3 bamboo skewered cherries and a grapefruit slice.
