I love cooking, baking and cocktail making. Why not combine them all. Inspired by the amazing taste of an espresso martini and the indulgent taste or tiramisu.



 80 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 80 ml Espresso
 40 ml Vanilla vodka
 100 g Balocco Savoiardi
 200 g Mascarpone cheese
 2 Eggs
 50 g Granulated sugar
 1 tsp Cocoa powder
 1 tsp Agar agar



Make an espresso and leave it to the side to cool.


Separate egg whites from the yolks.


Whip the egg whites until fluffy. (Tip the bowl over your head) it should drop. Good luck


Now whisk the egg yolk with the sugar until Thanet go pale.


Grab your softened mascarpone cheese and whisk together until combined for 2 minutes.


Add the fluffy egg whites you didn’t drop on your head and mix slowly.


Soak your sponge fingers in Mr Black for 3 Sec each side and layer inside a glass. Don’t fill more the 3/4 of the glass.


Layer on your mascarpone cream


Heat a single shot of espresso with the agar agar in a pan for 2 minutes. Then pour in a flat tin and put in the fridge


Once the coffee jelly has set then cut into the same shape as the glass and put on top of the tiramisu. This will stop the espresso leaking into the outdoing part.


Now for the drink topper.
Get a mixer and mix together an espresso, a single Mr Black and a single vanilla vodka shot. Add enough ice ice to fill half the glass you are using. Shake until ice noise stops.


Pour on top of the jelly and add some cocoa powder and a few coffee beans to look good.


Recommend adding a Spoon Straw so you can drink the. Instantly eat and enjoy the Mr Black soaked sponge fingers at the bottom.
