An easy to make 4 ingredient refreshing cocktail. Inspired by the wonderful pineapple and coffee combination and my love for Appleton Estates 12 year old rum.
Ingredients
1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
1 ½ oz Aged Rum(Appleton Estate 12)
½ oz Cinnamon syrup
1 cup Fresh pineapple chunks

Add 1 cup of Fresh pineapple chunks, 1oz Mr. Black, 1 1/2 oz Appleton Estates 12 and 1/2oz cinnamon syrup to shaker.

Muddle above ingredients and add a bit of pebble ice. Whip shake for 10-15 seconds.

Double strain in old fashioned glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple spear and maraschino cherry.
