Ingredients
50 ml White Rum(Bacardi)
20 ml Mr Black
15 ml Roselle syrup
10 ml Caramel syrup (1883)
15 ml Egg white
Directions

Mix together all the liquid ingredients in a shaker

Add ice and shake vigorously for a few seconds to chill and create Foam

Double Strain into an Old fashioned Glass

Garnish with 2 coffee beans and rosemary

500ml hot water & 500g white sugar & 50g dry Roselle & 5pc dried plum
1. boil hot water add dry roselle 5min,add dried plum and white sugar.
2. Stir to disperse,fine strain.
