Growing up watching Mr Bean has always bring a huge laughter to the family. It brings different people together and just LAUGH. Just like coffee beans and cacao beans, both so different yet combine together is amazing! This cooler of a cocktail captures the essence of coffee and cacao where Mr Black and the cold brew concentrate gives it a unique coffee character, the infused cacao campari gives is a subtle bitter chocolate with cream de cacao enchancing the cacao flavours further.



 30 ml Bourbon Whiskey (American Eagle)
 30 ml Cacao Infused Campari
 30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 22.50 ml Cold Brew Concentrate (try using a darker/chocolatier roast)
 15 ml Creme De Cacao (Tempus Fugit)
 7.50 ml Demerara Simple Syrup



Combine all ingredients into the shaker.


Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.


Double Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.


Top drink with soda water and mix to incorporate.


Garnish with an orange slices.

Cacao Nib-Infused Campari

1 Tablespoon of Cacao Nibs
250 ml of Campari

Combine both ingredients in a Jar and let it infused for 24hours.
Fine strain and bottle it

Home-made Cold Brew Concentrate

200g of medium grounded coffee (Dark Roast prefably)
1 litre of water

Combine both ingredients into a big jar and let it infused for 12-18hours.
Strain using a cheesecloth and bottle it.
