Mix the Liquors, Bitters, and 0.5 oz portion of Simple Syrup in a shaker with ice and shake till chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, or several medium sized ice cubes.
Add the Bailey's Whipped Cream to the top, bringing the cocktail to volume.
Garnish with a dusting of Cocoa Powder, a few Coffee Beans, and an Orange garnish.
Enjoy with pinky out or in, sitting or standing, alone or with friends... However you do, just be sure to enjoy.
Bailey's Whipped Cream:
Combine the Heavy Whipping Cream, Bailey's and the 1 oz portion of Simple Syrup in a mixing bowl and whip till thickened.
