Cherry syrup:
50:50 ratio
Add Castor sugar to Cherry juice and mix until dissolved
Acid Modified Cherry Juice:
Add 2ml Magic Acid Liquid (citric, tartaric & malic acid mix) to 30ml of Cherry juice
In Boston class add all ingredients and stir to combine (no ice)
Add to a plastic spritz bottle and spritz with Co2
Place in fridge until chilled (45 minutes to 1 hour)
Salt rim half double rocks glass with redgum salt (to give option for more taste of salt) and add cubes
After chilling, pour Spritz cocktail straight from spritz bottle into iced and salt rimmed glass.
