This was inspired by the wonderful vlogs of Steve and last years challenge (hence the name), so Mr Black had to be the hero, the herbal sweetness of the Green Chartreuse sits underneath it adding depth of character, while the Cherry Wine gives a wonderful little finishing note for each sip. The lemon juice adds that wonderful citrus freshness and plays with the coffee flavours so well. Lastly, the Orgeat is the glue that brings everything together, I tried leaving it out once. Never again.

(Translation of the name: Mr Stephen of the Black… Went with the French partly because of the Chartreuse, but, mostly because I thought it sounded cool ?)
This has become my go to summer sipper, although I’ve found I enjoy it even during the winter.
If you make the cocktail I’d love to hear what you think. Either way I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
