Coffee and Champagne no better way to start your day! Monsieur Black is a breakfast cocktail spin on the classic champagne cocktail with a bit of Grand Marnier just how Steve likes it. The coffee flavours and Champagne take centre stage in this drink with the Cognac orange liqueur and bitters helping to add a subtle sweetness.

Ingredients
Directions
Pre-chill a Champagne flute glass in a freezer
Combine Mr Black, Grand Marnier, Espresso and Angostura in a shaker and add ice
Give the combined ingredients a short hard shake (5-10 seconds)
Double strain shaker into chilled Champagne flute glass
Pour Champagne into the glass slowly to avoid spilling
Serve and enjoy!
