Maoi Morning is an exploration of unlikley combinations. While experimenting at home I found the combination of sweet pineapple mixed with the earthy notes of good coffee absolutley delicious. Mr Black is the obvious choice for this drink as its robust flavour and excellently sourced coffee is showcased by the supporting charred pineapple and toasted coconut. Aztec Chocolate Mole Bitters contributing to the unique spice notes prevalent in Mr Black make for a delightful Tiki drink.

Ingredients

 50 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 45 ml Toasted Coconut Fat Washed Brandy(St Agnes Bartenders Cut)
 25 ml Charred Pineapple Syrup
 30 ml Lime Juice
 2 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters

Directions

Add all ingredients into a tiki cup

Add crushed ice and swizzle to combine.

Top and shape a dome of crushed ice

Sprinkle toasted coconut and grated coffee beans on top and add pineapple fronds to garnish.
