Inspired by my love of coffee and apricots I found myself drawn to using them together in a drink.
This drink has the creaminess and lightness that espresso brings to a cocktail, and the apricot brandy and amaretto make the drink feel a bit more grounded.
I really love this drink. I think it's pretty simple to make, a clean presentation and garnish and I could see myself drinking these on a warm day.

Ingredients

 45 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 45 ml Apricot brandy
 15 ml Amaretto
 45 mg Espresso

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker

Nice hard shake till cocktail is chilled

Strain into rocks glass over crushed ice

Garnish with a flamed apricot
