In north of Sweden the sun goes down and doesn't come up for weeks during the midwinter. This phenomenon is called Midwinter Night. As I was listening to some fine doom metal it occurred to me this time of year is approaching and I wanted to create a drink celebrating this. You need to embrace the darkness to survive those harsh weeks 😉
The cocktail is really smooth to drink, a bit tart, with that sesame oil and touch of salt really creating a beast of the night.
