Ingredients

 20 ml Mr. Black Coffee Liqurer
 60 ml Aged rum (Appleton 8)
 10 ml Cajeta (Mexican goats milk caramel)
 15 ml Heavy cream
 1 pinch Ground cinnamon

Directions

Shake rum, Mr. Black and Cajeta in a shaker with ice and strain into a chilled coup.

Float lightly whipped heavy cream.

Dust lightly with cinnamon
