Midnight Colada is like a piña colada putting on a tuxedo. A delicious classic, with an upscale twist. First, you will enjoy a rich cherry flavor with a decadent finish of coffee aroma. Followed by Caribbean notes of coconut, pineapple and rum.
Ingredients
¾ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
½ oz Pineapple Rum (Bacardi)
½ oz Coconut Rum (Bacardi)
½ oz Black Rum (Black Bacardi)
1 oz Cream of Coconut (Coco Lopez)
1 oz Pineapple Juice
½ cup Pineapple Frozen Chunks
1 cup Crushed ice
¼ oz Cherry Liqueur (floated) (Heering)
Directions

Put all the ingredients (except the cherry liqueur) in a blender

Blend until its smooth

Serve in 2 cold martini glasses

Top each glass with a float (2 bar spoons) of cherry liqueur

Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple piece, a coffee bean and a pineapple leaf
