With fireworks around the corner and cold nights approaching, nothing is better than a S'more. Kids normally eat them and leave me without any, so let's make this adults only.
Ingredients
40 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
30 ml Irish Whiskey(Slane )
40 ml Crème De Cacao(Tempus Fugit)
1 tsp Black Rum(Gosling's)
1 pinch Cinnamon powder
1 tbsp Caramel sauce
1 tbsp Digestive or grahams cracker
1 qt Large marshmallow
40 ml Espresso
40 ml Double cream
1 tbsp Chocolate shavings
Directions

Add caramel sauce to rim of glass

Grind digestive or grahams cracker dow to crumbs and dab caramel rim until covered

Add ice and double cream to a glass

Add whiskey, creme de cacao, espresso and Mr Black

Brush the Gosling's Black Seal Rum on to the top of the Marshmallow place in the glass, turn down the lights and light the top of the marshmallow with a lighter. Then sprinkle the Cinnamon powder to give a bonfire effect on top of your drink.
