Ingredients

 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 3 oz Prosecco
 2 oz Ginger Beer(Bundaberg)
 ¼ oz Honey Syrup
 ¼ oz Lavender Syrup
 5 drops Lavender Bitters
 1 g Lemon Peel
 1 g Cucumber Ribbon

Directions

Add cracked ice and all ingredients in a glass, adding the Prosecco and Ginger Beer last

Gently combine with a bar spoon

Express Lemon Peel on top of the drink

Garnish with Cucumber Ribbon
