Taking the original Trader Vic recipe for Mai Tai, adding Mr. Black as float will get you to your Polynesian vacation with your favorite coffee in your hand.
The combination of Jamaican Rum and Rhum Agricole as a replacement for the not anymore produced 17-year-old original Rum, can be of course replaced by your preferred Mai Tai Rum blend.

Ingredients

 1.50 oz Aged Jamaican Rum (Appleton 12 yr)
 0.50 oz Rhum Agricole(Clement Select Barrel)
 0.50 oz Dry Curacao
 1 oz Lime Juice
 0.75 oz Orgeat(Giffards)
 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur(float)

Directions

Add all ingredients except Mr Black to your tin

add a little bit of pebbled ice to your tin

whip shake until your pebbled ice is diluted

fill your preferred Tiki Mug or Tumbler with pebbled ice and open pour your Mai Fee into it

garnish with a spent half lime and fresh Mint (symbolic for your Island and Palm tree)
