Earl grey gin and vanilla syrup join Mr. Black, crème de menthe, and heavy cream to bring you this creamy after dinner cocktail.
I was inspired by a contestant on Holiday Baking Championship who made London fog frosting, which is vanilla frosting with earl grey tea mixed in. A few months later I was watching How To Drink on YT and he made earl grey gin. That eventually turned into this cocktail. Enjoy.

Ingredients
Directions
Add the vanilla syrup, Mr. Black, heavy cream, and earl grey gin to a shaker with ice.
Shake together and strain into a glass over ice.
Stir in 1 bar spoon of crème de menthe.
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Alternatively pour the crème de menthe on top of the whipped cream
Allow 8 bags of earl grey tea to steep in 750ml of London dry gin for 2hr. (I used Twining's)
Start by heating 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water on the stove.
Once the sugar has completely dissolved remove from heat and add 1 - 2 Tbsp vanilla extract. Allow to cool before using. (If you have vanilla bean cut it open and heat with the sugar).
