Inspired by iced coffees from the Canary Islands this sweet and zesty coffee cocktail is refreshing and cool. With a layer of sweetened condensed milk at the bottom, a mix of delicious Mr Black, Liquor 43, and lemon in the centre and topped by cold foamed milk with cinnamon sugar and a wedge of lemon on the top this is one for the sweet tooths.

Ingredients

 66 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 22 ml Vanilla Liqueur(Liqor 43)
 1.50 tbsp Sweetened condensed milk
 1 dash Lemon
 0.25 cup Milk
 1 Lemon wedge
 1 pinch Cinnamon sugar

Directions

Spoon 1.5 tablespoons of chilled sweetened condensed milk into the bottom of a coupe glass.

Pour 22 ml (1/2 shot) of Liquor 43 gently on top to float.

Pour 66ml (1.5 shots) of Mr Black gently on top to float and mix with the Liquor 43.

Add a dash of fresh lemon juice.

Spoon cold frothed milk on top, allowing to float, to the top of the coupe.

Dust with cinnamon sugar and add lemon wedge to side of glass. Drink is best had after mixing layers together with a spoon but many enjoy drinking while in separate layers.
