A Lahar is a massive mudflow caused by the eruption of a volcano. Like a real lahar, this cocktail is a mudslide with a kick, and will catch the unprepared unaware!
Ingredients
2 oz Barbados Rum(Plantation 5 yr)
1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Heavy Cream

Optionally, prepare a rocks class by wetting half the rim with heavy cream, and rim half the glass with finely ground espresso beans.

Prepare a shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients to shaker, and shake until thoroughly chilled (30 seconds).

Pour into prepared rocks glass and enjoy.
