I developed this drink as a homage to a classic dessert of french cuisine, the Crêpe Suzette. Much like in the (absolutely delicious!) dessert, it's main flavour consists of orange, courtesy of either Grand Marnier or Cointreau, together with orange juice and Cognac for a boozy punch. Mr. Black combines very well with orange flavours, and a tad of Lime Juice and Creme de Cacao are used to give the drink it's polish. Side Note: A good friend of mine says that it tastes like a liquid Jaffa Cake!

1.50 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Cognac
 0.75 oz Orange LiqueurCointreau
 0.25 oz Lime Juice
0.25 oz Creme de Cacao Brown
 Orange Juice
 1 Orange peel
 1 Sprig of Mint
 1 Jaffa Cake

Fill a Highball/Long drink glass about 3/4 to the top with Ice Cubes or roughly crushed Ice.

Add all liquid ingredients except the orange juice into a shaker and shake with ice for about 12 seconds.

Strain into your glass and then fill up to the top with orange juice.

Garnish with an orange peel and a small sprig of mint. Add a Jaffa Cake as extra garnish.
