A familiar coffee cocktail with a split base of citrus vodka and Barbados rum, with a bit of dry cherry flavor.

Ingredients

 30 ml Aged Rum(Plantation 3 star)
 30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqeuer
 30 ml Citron Vodka(Ketel One)
 22.50 ml Kirschwasser
 15 ml Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
 2 dashes Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
 1 Egg white

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice.

Dry shake for 10 seconds

Add a handful of ice. Shake for 20 seconds.

Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass with no ice.

Garnish with a few coffee beans, add a twist of lemon peel and enjoy
