This cocktail was inspired by two of our favorite and rum! With hints of spice and vanilla, it's a perfect sipper.



 45 ml Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
 30 ml Jamaican Rum (Appleton Estates Reserve Blend)
 22 ml Vanille de Madagascar LiqueurGiffard
 3 dashes Cardamom Bitters
 Heavy Cream



Prepare your glass: Sugar the rim and pour some over proof rum (any 151-proof rum as it catches fire easily) and some triple sec, strike a match and let the burning rum caramelize the sugar around the edge. Be sure to use a stemmed glass (like a coupe).


Combine Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, Jamaican rum, Vanille liqueur, and bitters in a shaker tin with ice.


Shake 30 seconds, then double strain into glass


Add heavy cream to a separate shaker and dry shake until it starts to lightly peak.


Using a bar spoon, add a float of heavy cream to cocktail & Enjoy!
