Ingredients
30 ml Vodka
30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
10 ml triple sec (house-made)
7.50 ml Chocolate Syrup(MONIN )
30 ml ONYX Cold Brew Coffee
2 dashes Aztec Choc Bitters(Fee Brothers)
2 dashes Orange Bitters(Fee Brothers )
Directions

Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and add ice and shake.

Strain over ice in highball glass.

Cut an orange in half and coat in sugar.

Caramelise sugar with blow torch.

Removed candied orange and use as garnish.

400g caster sugar,
