A festive pumpkin inspired dessert cocktail. Topped with a delicious homemade pumpkin spice butterscotch foam to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

 1.50 oz X by Glenmorangie
 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 4 oz Espresso
 0.50 oz Demerara
 Pumpkin spice butterscotch foam

Directions

Add the scotch, Coffee Liqueur, espresso and demera to the serving cup and stir.

Add the pumpkin spice butterscotch foam to the top of the drink.

Finish off the cocktail with freshly grated nutmeg

Mix ½ pint whipping cream, 150 grams nestle toll house house butterscotch chips and 100 grams of Grandma Hoerner's caramel maple pumpkin pie filling

Microwave for two minutes and stir until it's a consistent liquid (continue to microwave and stir as needed)

Add your mixed whipped cream to a whipping siphon

Charge the whipping siphon with a cream charger (N20)
