I was tasked with making a winter cocktail at the bar I work at and I really wanted to make a pumpkin spice cocktail. I used a bunch of different liquors and nothing was different tasting so I stopped trying with the pumpkin. I bought Mr Black and thought “hmm let me try using that” when I used it I noticed that was the one thing that was missing. As soon as I used it there was nothing that needed to be changed.
Pour all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake.
Serve up. Double strain into chilled martini glass
Can add cinnamon sugar on half the rim and garnish with cinnamon stick.
Pumpkin spice syrup recipe:
1 can pumpkin purée, 2 tbsp nutmeg, 2 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, half bag brown sugar, 1 qt water boiled
