A sidecar variation, this drink is inspired by the song with the same name by Taylor Swift. Here, the drier profile of the base spirits stands out. But just as in the song, the combination of maraschino liqueur & Mr Black Coffee has a somehow 'Bonnie and Clyde' taste to it. Garnished with a maraschino cherry, this is a last sweet goodbye to the earlier, more complex maraschino liqueur note in the cocktail. A drink for those who should have know they'd be the first to leave.
Ingredients
60 ml Aged Rum
30 ml Maraschino Liqueur Luxardo
15 ml Orange Liqueur Cointreau
15 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
22.50 ml Lemon Juice
2 ml Orange Bitters

Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice and double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
