I love how a potent fruit liqueur pairs with coffee, so I whipped out a delicious swizzle with just that! This comes through as a fruity coffee concoction with loads of flavours to dive into. Demerara Rum is amazing next to heavy fruit liqueurs or coffee, the burnt sugar notes pairs well with the bitterness of the coffee, all balanced by the lime and rounded out beautifully with some chocolate bitters.

Directions
Fill Collins glass three quarters full with crushed ice.
Add ingredients and swizzle until the glass is nice and frosty
Top the glass with more crushed ice.
Garnish with a bright mint bouquet, stuffed into a skewered orange peel with a maraschino cherry on each side as pictured
