Foggy Glasses is what you get if you try this spicy cocktail in a cold winter's night in my coffee-loving home country Norway. Balancing sweetness of cocoa with bitterness of coffee, spiced up with jalapeno and boosted with tequila. This is my contribution to cross border creativity, combining ingredients from different continents. I hope you like it!

Ingredients

 40 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 20 ml Cocoa liqueur
 30 ml Reposado Tequila
 50 ml Espresso coffee
 5 drops Muddled jalapeno

Directions

Muddle 2 slices of jalapeno with 20 ml cocoa liquer and 30 ml Reposado tequila in a shaker

Add 40 ml of Mr Black and 50 ml of chilled Espresso coffee

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well before straining to a chilled coupe glass

Garnish with small chilli peppers or chilli flakes
