This was made with my wife in mind after a hard day teaching first grade. Dark Chocolate, Coffee, and some of Kentucky’s finest? How could her evening go wrong after this?
Ingredients
2 oz Bourbon (preferably 100 Proof) (Four Roses Single Barrel)
1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
0.50 oz Dark Chocolate Liqueur(Godiva)
0.75 oz Rich Simple Syrup (2-1)
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Directions

Add all ingredients to shaker.

Shake with ice until shaker is frosty.

Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
