This was based on a drink originally inspired by a fictional character, an angel who runs a cafe. To represent his personality, I wanted to create a drink that felt light and sweet with a hint of something darker underneath. Adding a little bit of Mr Black was perfect for capturing that slightly bitter feeling, which works great with the light and airy milk foam from shaking.

Ingredients

 1 oz Celtic Honey liqueur
 ½ oz Butterscotch schnapps
 ½ oz Amaretto
 ¼ oz Hazelnut liqueur(Frangelico)
 ¼ oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 pinch Instant espresso powder (optional garnish)

Directions

Add everything except espresso powder to a shaker tin with ice

Shake for approximately 30 seconds

Strain into glass

Sprinkle a small pinch of espresso powder on top as garnish
