A little bit of lemon can add a whole new dimension to a cup of espresso. That is the inspiration for this simple yet complex cocktail. Cognac and coffee liqueur provide a solid base that is brightened with ginger liqueur, a twist of lemon, and the magic elixir that is Boker's Bitters.



 1.50 oz Cognac
 0.75 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 0.75 oz Ginger Liqueur(Domaine de Canton)
 1 dash Boker's Bitters



Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice until well chilled.


Strain into a chilled coupe, express a wide swath of lemon peel into the cocktail


swipe the rim with the peel and drop into the glass.
