This cocktail combines the rich and creamy flavors of coconut and coffee. I was inspired by a delicious puertorican drink called coquito while I was playing dominos with the locals.



 1 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Spiced rum (Bacardi)
 1 oz Coco Lopez
 1 oz Coconut milk
 ½ oz Evaporated milk
 2 dashes Cocoa bitters(Angostura)



In a shaker add all the ingredients and whip shake with 1-2 small pieces of ice till dissolve.


Strain and served in a Old Fashioned glass over an ice cube.


Garnish with pinch of cinnamon and 5 coffee beans. The beans looks like a number 5 domino πŸ™‚
