This was about making the great nightcap - when it's time for that coffee infused tipple.
The double black: Mr Black and the Black Sambuca providing the aniseed laced coffee as the base, the maraschino providing a sweet twist, some egg white for texture, and cream to round out this 'latte with a kick'.
A dessert, a coffee, a nightcap - take your pick. A great way to imbibe your end of night coffee!

Ingredients

 30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 10 ml Black Sambuca
 10 ml Maraschino Liqueur
 30 ml Fresh Cream
 1 Egg White

Directions

Lightly whisk the egg white in bowl for 30 seconds

Combine Mr Black, Black Sambuca, Maraschino Liqueur, fresh cream in shaker and dry shake for 15 secs.

Add egg white to the shaker and dry shake again for 15 secs.

Add ice to the shaker and shake for 30 secs.

Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a Maraschino cherry
