Inspired by a cocktail by Dan Watson named “don’t tell Richard” which was a rum based spirit with coconut cold brew. This riff is a flip that utilizes Mr. Black and makes a great after dinner drink with tropical notes.
Ingredients
1.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Vodka
0.50 oz Banane du Bresil(Giffard)
0.50 oz Burnt sugar syrup
1 oz Unsweetened coconut milk
2 dashes Remedy Toasted Coconut Bitters
1 oz Egg white
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 20-30 seconds.

Add ice to shaker and wet shake for another 10-15 seconds.

Strain into a coupe and let rest for at least 30 seconds.

Garnish with a banana chip.
