My first experience with carrot and mezcal in a cocktail came at a bar in Nashville. I decided to expand on the savory flavors present via carrot and agave, adding coffee and pink peppercorn to the mix. The result is an unassuming, interesting combination of ingredients that mesh into a cohesive unit. Cheers... do you care at all?



 30 ml Mr. Black Amaro
 20 ml Blanco Tequila (Fortaleza)
 10 ml Mezcal (Montelobos Espadin)
 20 ml Acid adjusted carrot juice
 20 ml Pink Peppercorn Simple
 2 dashes 20% Saline solution



Add all ingredients to shaker, shake with ice


Strain into nick and nora


Garnish with carrot slices on edge of glass
