This drink was inspired by the seemengly contrasting conception of flavours of a light-in-flavour herb as Dill on the one, and a variety of bitter flavours on the other side. Mr. Black with it's dinstinct ground coffee flavour is perfect to bind those two worlds together. The outcome is a light and refreshing easy-to-drink cocktail with a subtle herbaceous twist.

Ingredients

 1.50 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz London Dry Gin
 0.50 oz Orange Liqueur(Cointreau)
 1 dash Angostura Bitters
 1 Schweppes Bitter Lemon
 5 Dill sprigs
 1 Dill sprig for garnish

Directions

Add the liquid ingredients except the Schweppes Bitter Lemon and about 5 Dill sprigs into a cocktail shaker.

Hard shake with 3 Ice Cubes for about 12 Seconds.

Double strain into a large coupe glass

Top up with Schweppes Bitter Lemon and garnish with a sprig of Dill.
