There's two thing I love, coffee and tiki. The Deux Amours relies on the surprising combination of coffee, rasberries, grenadine and coconut, wich pairs wonderfuly with rum as well. A blend of jamaican, agricole and navy strenght rum, with the sweetness of the cream of coconut, and the tartness on the lime and grenadine, mixed with an huge extra depth of flavour from the star of the cocktail, Mr Black. The Deux Amours, my best attempt at coffe and tiki.



 1 oz Jamaican Rum
 1 oz Rhum Agricole
 1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 0.50 oz Navy Strength Rum
 1 oz Lime Juice
 0.75 oz Cream of Coconut
 0.25 oz Homemade Grenadine
 3 Fresh Rasberries



Lightly muddle 3 (or 4 depending on the size) fresh rasberries in the bottom of your shaker tin


Combine all remaining ingredients inside the shaker


Whip shake with a small amount of crushed ice


Pour into a tiki glass


Top with crushed ice and garnish with a lime wheel and a rasberry on a stick, or umbrella
